Netload File Sharing Service RIP OFF?

On July 5 we purchased a premium account from this File Sharing Service through PayPal. They sent use a password and user ID that did not work. Since then we have tries to contact them over a dozen times to have this issue corrected. Their redundant response is for us to apply for a new password which we have on several occasions and of which none have worked to this date and time of writing. We filed a complaint through PayPal on July 8 of which 'Netload GmbH' has either ignored or refuses to answer concerning the correction of this issue. We have made several inquiries through the PayPal Service to Netload GmbH with the same results. I suspect that 'Netload' may be a Scam and we caution all other prospective buyers to BEWARE!
