I ordered a pair of shoes from Rios shoes website and paid with Paypal. A couple weeks later I received a shower cap in the mail from China. They used this as proof of shipment. I have filed a complaint with paypal and am still waiting to hear back about a refund. I am surprised that paypal still works with these guys as there are several hundred complaints against them and paypal.
