I purchased two pair of shoes, very happily I might add. Unfortunately, it was false advertising, PayPal investigated it -seller said we shipped, they gave a bogus tracking number which to be honest, it was a package BUT wasn't what I ordered! It was a shower cap! PayPal fixed the problem, have listed Rios-Shoes as a fraudulent website and problem was resolved.

Do not be any/all means purchase anything from rios-shoes; don't ever!
