Miscellaneous

In April I ordered some chocolate covered berries from Sharies Berries for my mother for mothers day. A pop up came up for free shipping, I filled out the form, then realized it was a service. I left the page without hitting submit. On July 24th I had a charge on my checking account for $12.97 which put me below zero on my account which resulted in a NSF charge of $28.00. I saw this charge was from a place called freeshipping.com. I called them and they said I signed up for this service that reimburses people for their shipping charges. They have been charging me $12.97 each month for three months. I paid my own shipping charges for Sharies Berries. I have never recieved a reimbursement. I did get them to take off 2 months of charges. Now I would like either a reibursement check for the shipping I paid for or they can give me back what they charged me for the first month. When I spoke with them on the phone they claim I didn'nt finish filling something out and thats why I never received a check from them for the shipping. This proves I left the website before hitting submit.
