From March, through January, IC Freeshipping.com has been charging my father-in-law $11.97 a month. I called 800-869-5597 to ask about the charges. They said he signed up for the service to get free shipping on some flowers in March. He said it clearly stated that after the trial period, you would be charged the fee. I asked what was received for this fee. He said that it gave you the opportunity to save $500 a year in shipping. I asked him how much my father-in-law had saved in the past 2 years. He said nothing because he didn't use it. I told him my father-in-law is 90 years old and didn't know what he was signing up for and I wanted a refund. He said he couldn't do that. I of course cancelled this "service".
