Freeshipping.com charged my checking account without permission

My wife order some coupons from a different company. They asked her if she wanted free shipping and she said "No" they still signed her up for free shipping and then the charges started to arrive.
I was charge 12.97 on Dec. 5th, then again on Dec. 26th. I called the 800 number and they removed the charges. These people are a bunch of dirt bags.
