Same as most of the others. I never received the second "free" PIC. The shipping totals are unbelievable. Purchased other items to go along with the cooktops. I called and held on several times for 15-25 minutes listening to infomercials just to be cut off on their end without speaking to anyone. I emailed them and still haven't heard anything back. They are still advertising 2 for 1. Unbelievable!
