I ordered cooktops from an ad I saw on tv. The cooktops were advertised along with some other accessories. Cook pot with lid. Two skillets a fondue maker and utencils along with a steamer. The accessories were suppose to be free along with the second cooktop. I received the cooktops but nothing else. No one will talk to you or call back. One lady hung up on me when I finally got hold of someone to ask a question.
