In April I paid $228.49 through Paypal for a dress. Even though I was assured several times the dress will be custom made before payment, this was not the case, as once they received my money, I never heard from them again. When I contacted them 3 weeks later, I in possession of email, where it was said the dress cannot be custom made. My money will be refunded. Upon their suggestion, I selected another dress, which is cheaper. I paid for a custom made dress, it appears to me they sent me a rack dress, bust 34" when I ordered 36" body measurement. This dress was sent only on July 12. They requested photographs which I sent as proof the dress size is wrong. They totally ignored me after payment, I have sent dozens of emails. They cut you off their chat line. These people are rude and obnoxious.

I want to solve the problem or have a refund of my money. They have a balance outstanding for me which they refuse to refund.

Please shut these people down. I am not the only person they have done this to. I read last night in the complaint section on the Internet of many other people who voiced their problems with Tidebuy
