I ordered a dress from tidebuy in February. I got an email that the dress was out of stock. I could order another dress or wait for the orginal dress to be made. Needless to say, I never received the dress. I received a call saying that they received my message for a full refund and sent me an email asking me to choose another dress. I refused and asked for my full refund. They are refusing to refund my money and keep asking if I want to choose another dress or leave the money in an account for a future order. I refused and said that I will not do business with them now or in the future. I am still waiting for my money.
