Wrong Dress, Paid extra for custom length, Promised replacement dress was not the same

I paid for a dress to be custom made by this company. I paid extra for the dress to have extra length. The dress was received with no additional length added and it was too short. The first time I tried on the dress, the beading began to fall off. The dress had no straps as it had been pictured on their website. I wrote several emails and received no replies. I finally tried once more to write to them explaining the situation (this was a couple months after receiving the dress and my last attempt to get a reply from them). I was told there would be no problem, they would remake the dress in time for my wedding vow renewal and add the extra length and straps. I was given a Return Authorization Number and I immediately returned the dress registered mail to them. The dress has never been picked up according to the USPS tracking information. I did receive a 'replacement' dress this past week - it was not even the same dress. It was made out of a completely different material and beading - much cheaper than the first and it was two sizes smaller than the first dress. It was a completely different color. I immediately wrote them an email asking about this and have STILL NOT received a reply. Do not trust this company. They refuse to refund my money and I am stuck with no dress for my vow renewal.
