I was shopping in my local sainsbury's @ darnley 23rd july, i shop in there approx 3/4 times a week i normally park in disabled space as i have a blue badge displayed on my car, i have held this badge approx 10 yrs, at 2;20pm i had a parking ticket stuck on my windscreen stating i had parked in an unauthorised bay, only for disabled parking, ifinished shopping @ 2;40pm, i took the ticket into customer service desk @ sainsbury's and was told to contact the number on the ticket as they could not help me, even though who ever gave me the ticket was employed by sainsbury but they were not allowed to contact them on my behalf, so i called the number which was no good as it was only for making payment, which i refuse to do as i said before i have a blue badge which entitles me to park in the space, can someone advice me regarding this matter please.
