Unlawful Parking Ticket

After having dinner, I walked back to my car where it was parked on 5800 SW 74th ST, meter space 74S5817. I looked at the meter and it said I had 28 minutes left. Then when I look at my car, there was a parking ticket on the windshield. I confronted officer Y Isidor #009-0359 about the ticket. She said there was nothing she could do, it's my word against hers, and that she gets that all the time, people complaining about their ticket. I said I still had 28 minutes left on the meter and she said for me to go complain to court. This is extremely UNFAIR and UNJUST being that the city still had 28 of my minutes on the meter and now I'm subject to pay $18. I wonder how many other people she's done this too and I need to complain about this offer in South Miami. This will not stop here! I will complain to everyone I can and she should be FIRED.
