Counterfeit Purse Bought Online, Return and Chargeback Refused

I went to their website and they were advertising brand name purses. I gave them my credit card number for an item to be shipped. The same day the item was received, I contacted them through their website (they do not provide phone numbers or addresses) and told them the item was defective. It was a fraudulent copy of the originals, and I explained all the defects of the purse. I requested to return the item at my expense and that they provide me with the authorization code to return it immediately.

I disputed the item with my credit card, and they still have not allowed the item to be returned or accepted the chargeback. I told them it was illegal to sell copies of designers and that I did not want to get involved in purchasing fraudulent items. I maintain copies of all correspondence, but their response is that they are blocking me from their site.

I don't intend to ever go to their site, but this company needs to stop ripping people off, and your department needs to alert the public to their scams.
