Dont buy anything from INDIAPLAZA

Do not belive on indiaplaza. They are tottally unproffesonal. I have tried all possible way to solve my problem but they didnt reply. I have made complain in facebook. But they deleted the post without solving the problem. Can you belive that??? I have wated my 999 rs in order (i07021201268).
Most pathetic cutomer service i have ever seen.
The customer care excutive absused me when i asked for my item/refund.
Its very difficult to reach the top management. Everything written in the website are false commitment. Its hard to believe that they dont have any traceability of customer care conversation.
I would strongly recommend everybody to avoid indiaplaza
