The money center at walmart wilmington customer service reps arent fully trained onhow to use a bakc up register to process money order on an alternate register when their machine is down. I had to wait for 1 hr for a refund the cahsier refused to refund me my money and didnt even know how to run the register to process a refund. Her actions were unacceptable. The customer service representatives hae to understathe reps at the money that it's the custoemrs revenue that grow walmrt revenue and with lack oftraingin and proper skilss walmrt can loose buiness when a rep doesnt know how to work the money order machine. He customer service at the money grma center is belwo standards the reps dont een have the coursti in a timely eficent manner too resolve the problem wit the cusotmer or the money order machine when the cash register is down. When people read this dont go to walmrt and get your moeny orderds because they if you go to harris teeters or lowes food ou can get amoeny order aster wihtout the drama and headache and thier cashiers are more competent. Dont buy money orders from walmart they customer service is horrible. The money center opens at 7 am but the employees dont care if their are alot of customers waitng for them to open up because the reps dont care
