I have a similar complaint against this company and PayPal who obviously knows of this problem yet continues to support this company and it's crooked business practices. I ordered sandals for my girlfriend and paid through PayPal. I never received an acknowledgement email or any other communication regarding my order... Other than PayPal notifying me of the payment made at the time of the order.
