I purchased a dining room table and chairs and the product is defective, they tell me I have to speak with Michelle (salesperson) but each time i call she is in the bathroom, just left, family emergency, with a customer, bathroom, bathroom, bathroom and on and on and on. I purchased 4-18-12 and they promised delivery 4 weeks and it was finally delivered 7-16-12. I called and called while waiting for delivery and I was promised cash back for waiting but every day that I call and everyday I get another lie. The check is still on my desk, I forgot to mail it, I thought you were going to pick it up and lie after lie. I have called everyday this week since delivery at least six times per day and I get lie after lie. I have a defective product warranty and I choose to use it at this time. The warranty is supposed cover complete reimbusrement on defective, damaged, or broken products. I have a broken product and choose to use this furniture protection warranty. I am obviously not getting any response from the store. Unfortinately I also purchased other furniture from this store and did not realize what these people were and purchased more. Michele is an amazing liar. I still have not received the $ promised for waiting 8 weeks beyond the promised delivery date. Since I am unable to get any answers or responce from them I need your help. It has been less then 72 hours since delivery and I feel that it is best to make this issue known before anymore time lapses.
