Laptop shipped after fake PayPal payment email, delivery could not be stopped

Sold laptop on ebay received email from PayPal saying money was in account so mail the package and found out before the package arrived at the destination it was a fraud. Everyone I contacted including the USPS said sorry there is nothing we can do to stop the package from being delivered.
