From time I opened box & tried this product it never worked in 3 zip codes that they advertised that it works in. I tried it at my house in zip code 17073, my brother’s house in zip code 19560 & my sister's zip code 19604. I purchased on 5-19-12 & due to all hours I working currently did not have time to open box & check this out till 7-2-12 which is when I first contacted them because it did not work & wanted a refund. They refused & I had to get to work. I since then tried it @ my brothers & sisters with same result & now finally had time to call them again on 7-19-12 spoke to customer service Crystal ext 8673 & got no where & then demanded to speak to supervisor Tekita S. Who was just as adamant stating that they supposedly informed me when I placed the order that I had 30 days to return product & it was also in the box which I did not open till after 30 days & they did not put any date on the packing slip at all as well. They out right REFUSE to refund my monies due to the fact that it was more then 30 days till I contacted them. They do not care if the product works or not & was not willing to do an exchange either for I feel they know it would not have worked either. I filed a complaint with my credit card company & they advised me to return product & make sure I get proof of delivery & a tracking number I am also going to file a complaint with the BBB, contact the attorney generals office & consult my attorney I have on file. If more of us do this we might be able to put a stop to this company... Maybe even start a class action suit against them.
