Paymen and denial for loan modification

Paid for loan modification after calling the number on chase's website eventually denied due to limited income - they should explain the qualifications before you are made to jump through hoops with paper work requests over and over - Maybe the constant contact requesting more paperwork is intended to make the homeowner feel that they are working for the money paid. Need to get my money back because they say they do not charge but still I was charged.
