I was contacted by them by phone by a person named Vanessa at first saying I qualified for interest rate reduction. When I started asking too manyquestions she put a supervisor on the phone, even though I had a bad gut feeling I fell into the trap. He gave me a phone number which I called in less than 24 hours and all I got was a recording for literally 55 minutes before I hung up. Then I googled them (which I should have done before giving them my information) and found all these scam stories. I'm in the middle of a nightmare now since I believe this is how Identity Theft starts. I have had to cancel and freeze everything, police reports, etc. I can't even pay my bills and now this... I guess they find desperate people to steal from.
