Visa Rate Reduction Identity Theft Scam Unknown

Prerecorded phone message asking if you want your rate reduced on your VISA or MASTERCARD, press 9. They respond with "Rate Reduction Company" and when I argued about FCC regulations, she got hostile and hung up. The first thing that asked for was me to input my VISA number. Like I'm going to do that. The number she gave as a call back number was 800-847-2911. THIS IS A REAL PHONE NUMBER FOR VISA to report stolen cards! This is an identity theft scam. IF you have CALLED ID then get the number and report it to your local police, the FCC, the FTC and your local state attorney general. THIS IS A CRIME RING running this scam. Beware!
