I am so disgusted with Verizon wireless I could spit, which is a shame because their Internet Service is completely different. If I could keep the Internet and trash the rest (including their Customer Service Department, who lie through their teeth every chance they get to keep you tied to their company store type contracts) and then when they actually had the nerve to ask why I was getting rid of them AFTER I had gotten the REAL contract ending date out of them, I told them we were on a fixed income and couldn't afford them anymore. We are totally F%ED until 2014... For a phone I was idiotic enough to sign a contract for almost a year and a half ago.
In fact, I'm going to keep filing complaints against them on every website I can think of until I get released from these diabolical idiots... Unfortunately I am the bigger idiot, since I signed on their dotted line... Didn't know I was using blood to seal it.
