Purchased extended warranty for my car and traded in car prior to warranty expiration - contacted company to request pro-rated refund for unused portion of warranty and was told what docs I needed to send in. I sent docs in and never heard back and when I called back, I was told "we have all the docs needed but it will take 2 months for you to get the refund"? I reluctantly accepted this and now it has been 5 months later with no refund. I called back and requested to speak to a manager and was told "there is no manager to speak with but I can email one and hope they call you back in a week or two"! If you look up this company in the LA BBB you will find a host of very similar issues and my sense is that this company is engaging in fraud! They are located at 6837 Hayvenhurst in Van Nuys CA and they are also listed under another name? Beware!!!
