Paid for warranty for my car and subsequently traded the car prior to the expiration of the warranty - contacted the company and requested process to get a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the purchased warranty - was given the info, sent the proper forms in and never heard anything. Called company and was told "we have all the forms we need and now it will take 2 months for you to get the refund". I reluctantly accepted this and now it has been 5 months with no refund! Contacted company and asked to speak to a manager and was told "we don't have any managers that you can speak with but I can email one and hope they call you back in a week or two"! If you look on the BBB site, this company located at 6837 Hayvenhurst in Van Nuys CA has been engaged in this type of thing with others - my sense is that this company is engaging in fraud and others beware!!
