While I browsing on the internet a screen came up that said I have been blocked from my PC for "at least one of the reasons specified below". It also states that in order to unblock my PC I need to pay a $200 fine through MoneyPak within the next 72 hours. I am questioning the legitimacy of this "pop-up" and would like to know if this is really just a scam or if I am actually owing the FBI $200.
