My computer froze up—said the FBI locked my computer and I have to pay a $200.00 fine or I would go to jail. I paid the fine like it said with MoneyPak. My computer is still frozen and tried to send an email to fine@fbi. Gov and it came back to me saying it didn't exist. All I did was open an email from a friend (so I thought) and the FBI thing popped up. Could someone with some knowledge on this let me know what is going on? Did I just loose $200.00 for nothing?
