Using my computer and all of a sudden this notice came on screen advising me of a fine and how to pay this fine. I believe this to be a scam and checked the web site fine@fbi. Gov listed in the message. I see that other complaints like this are listed and consider it to be a malware fraud. I will not pay through Money Pack as requesed by the notice. Scam to take advantage and rob computer users. Now, how do I restore my computer to connect with the internet? I am locked out.
