This group Contacted me by phone with an offer to lower my mortgage payment for an upfront fee of $2995.2 Months after paying the fee I checked with the Mortgage Loan Co. And discovered there had been no effort from this Company to modification my loan. I sent several certified letters and phone messages to no avail. After several months I received a phone call from Robert Newton and a letter indicating that they closed my case due to my failure to cooperate. This was a big lie; I had absolutely no communication from them anytime during this period. The phone conversation I had a few days ago, he offered to refund the money in 2 installments, but he first needed to have information regarding my bank account. I refused to give a known scammer any personal information and requested a cashier's check in the mail
