Hello,

In April i received an email offering me some bids on the Ziinga website. When i realized what it was, i was excited and bought another 250 bids for 5,01€ and then when i could not by anything i logged out and forgot about it. Now, when checking my credit card bills, i realized that they have been charging me 66,99€ since May until now. I went in the chat room and complained, asking for a refund because i had no idea that they were charging me a Platinum Membership, i canceled it and they said that i will be charged €39 for cancellation fee. I am very upset and i have already cancelled my credit card and will write a fraud complaint with my bank... But i don't know if i will get any refund...
