I recently inquired about when my I-Pod shuffle 2GB (order #98977790), which I bid and won the bid On, was to be delivered by Ziinga (e-mail and Live Chat) and was told, because I "cancelled " my membership, I would not receive my "FREE" gift. Basically I bid on and PAID ($9.54 cost and shipping. Plus $39.00 for a "cancellation"fee) for the product. I explained to the Live Chat person that I had indeed PAID for the product, therefore IT WAS NOT a Free product.
While my membership has been cancelled, I was informed it would be active thru April 16 and to make use of any outstanding "bids' I current had. Now they tell me I am nt to receive the I-Pod!
