Opened an account with ziinga.com auction site bought bids all was going well till i studied the auction nothing seemed to be selling all the items had reached their reserve prices but the site was still taking bids so i decided it was a rip off and didnt bid again then when checking my bank account the above sum of money had been taken out of my account without my knowledge for membership fees which i new nothing about even when cancelling my membership i will be charged $47.50 AUD cancellation fee can they do this and do i have any legal come back
