I do advertising for a company who pays me weekly in Solid Trust Pay since June19
I sent everything they ask for in which to getting verified even having my bank contact them. All along still getting paid into STP account. I tried for 3 weeks to reach them on the phone. Last week I did finally reach them only to be told they were 2 weeks still behind. I went to login this morning and on the first time of trying to login my account says OOP'S
No user name, OOP'S no password nor email correct. It is as if my account is gone, money and all and yet my weekly pay keeps going into my account and I can't get my money. What am I to do?
