Today when I tried to login to my solidtrustpay account, it says "you have entered a wrong username or password." Although my password is correct. I tried to reset it. After submitting my email address (that I used to create this account), it says "There are no accounts registered with the email address you have specified."
What is this? This is quite surprising to me because I login and use this account everyday.
I have many emails that they sent me after transactions made, including the first email that is sent to me at the time of signup. I have submitted a support ticket with images as my proofs of having such an account. Now waiting for their help.
