I have tried using Solid Trust Pay and they have no staff it seems like. I have tried to call and the phone rings and disconnects and then will continue beeping and giving me a busy signal and somtimes will just simple hang up on me. Solid Trust Pay seems to be a very un-professional company in the sense that they do not even take care of the very people that keep them in business. I sent in my verification papers over a month ago and their discailmer is to wait up to 2 weeks for your account info to be processed and verified. Well I have waited more than double that timer and they still have not yet responded to my emails (tickets) I Have sent to their "support" system (that they say exsists) and the phones simple dont work. Solid Trust pay Is not a company you want to work with as far as business goes. They are slow and have a lack of sensitivity towards your needs as their client. This company is irresponsible in their dealings with others and should be shut out.
