ATM Withdrawal Not Dispensed on State Unemployment Debit Card

ATM rip off. If you use an ATM card at Wells Fargo make sure you have an account with them. I recently used A unemployment debit card for a withdrawal I didnt get my money or a receipt. When I went in to the bank they asked did I have an account with them. No I don't but this card was issued from wells fargo to the state of Nevada debit system.
They told me it was my problem to go through my debit card issuer. I called them up yes the money was deducted. Now I have to fill reg3 for from my debit card company that will take up to 45 days. What happen to customer service thes banks answer to no body. Make every effort to not use Wells Fargo in your future and you will be much happier. I'm still waiting for the form.
