MagicJack began blocking a relative's home phone number basically making our MJ and 4 years of prepaid phone service useless. This violated their terms of service. Even though they claim that his carrier is charging them for connecting my call, I have verified that this is NOT the case with his carrier. I was even able to place another call to another number serviced by the same phone company and it went through. MJ advertises free calls in the US and then blocks a person's number after getting you to upgrade to the MJ. Don't fall for this scam. The company is rip off! We have saved the entire chat conversation with both phone companies and would be happy to work to support a class action suit against MJ.
