I had paid thru 9. I ordered a new one and asked and they said the new one comes with a one year free service and they repeatedly said i could get that and keep my previous prepaid years, well they lied continually and kept disconnecting them when i went to chat with them. They have no number to call and once you upgrade your old magic jack is useless and you can't give it to anyone to use to add years to. So use skype and forget magic jack!
