I did not know what this fee on my bank acct was and did questioned it; my banks response was tha it was some type of debit payment-so i thought it was a returned check fee after my banks response (i had had a few of those) this recent $14.00 charge made me look closer and ask what is this! What are you people trying to do!!! Ilive in the state of Virginia, widowed and disabled I do not need any extra payments or stuff like this.
