Ripoff fraudlently charged my bank account a fee I never authorized

First Premier Bank fraudulantly sent a debit payment to my bank account that I never authorized, this has caused my account to go to a negative balance once again. Just becasue you set up a one time payment, does not give them legal right to do it again without your authorization.

It is not only First Premiers fault, but I feel its the banks fault for allowing the payment to go through when there is a negative balance. How can these big coporations get away with doing things like that. I agree with one other persons reasoning, we should all contact the Federal Reserve banks and tell them what is going on. They charge enormous fees, and send in debits that are never authorized, I was told that nothing could be done once the payment has already gone through. That to me is wrong. If you never authorized the payment, then how could the bank allow it. They keep harassing me, and demanding payment. I told them, I did not have the money right now, they would have to wait. But they would not take that as an answer. We are struggling to make our monthly payments. Just because they think they have the authority to harass people, with their $20 AN HOUR JOB, WELL THAT IS JUST WRONG. What gives them the right. That is against the law, and somehting should be done. I am writing not only to the Federal Reserve Bank, but I am also writing to the Banking Commission in my state. They can't get away with that...
