Problem with tire rotations service in bj bowie md

Today I went to BJ to have free tire rotation. The guy told me it will take an hour. I return after an hour and nothing was done. He was talking to a friend about personal things. I asking if my car was done and only then his friend. The employee came back in 3 minutes and told me the tire rotation could not be done because the tires were to tight and gave me my keys. I ask why he could not remove the tires with special tools. He said they do not have tools for that. I told him that a few weeks ago someone in this same place patch my tires so that person might have made them very tight. I told him I was going to complaint and only then he volunteer to try again. He tried again and rotated the tires. When I left BJ and drove away, the stearing wheel and the car were turning to the left when drive and worst when I stop the car. My car never had that problem in 7 years of rotating tires in the dealer. Your employee had an actitude when told me to leave with the car because he could not rotate the tire. He did not want to tell me his name because his name was going to be in BJ forms a the end. This happend in BJ 16520 Ballpark Road. Bowie MD. Who is going to pay for that repair now?
