Same scenario - called representing micro soft and took over the machine.

Credit card company said too late to stop payment.

Microsoft said it has been happening since but they basically brushed me off.

It is a Dell machine, wondering where they criminals are getting contact info.

Called and was told well we will credit back $200- yea right.
