Lease Difficulty

We had a credit card machine, and this company leased it, we've been having problems getting this credit card machine back to them. We have since finally got the correct address and sent the machine back, but the company has not picked the machine up from the post office. And this MBF leasing company is still trying to charge us for a machine that was never needed. We were told that we needed a new machine b/c the one we had was not complient, but we found out that there was nothing wrong with the credit card machine we had. So we stopped using the credit card machine company due to dishonesty. They have been rude and said even if you send the machine back we will still charge you.

I do not think this is fair. We have a man that works for the credit card company that we stopped using is trying to help us b/c its not him no more its the leasing company we are having such troubles with. We want this MBF Leasing company to release us from their contract and stop trying to charge us for a machine we no longer have posession of anymore. The priority payment systems repersenatives Joshua W., David & Shannon L. Promised us cheaper percetage rates and that was false. Their processing fees for one $90 charge for the whole month was over $100. We later found out that we had a $2800 minimum we had to charge a month and thats absurd b/c we are not a huge business. There was countlesss unseen untold charges. Its' been a nightmare and we appreciate your help..
