I did a video about RCA and their Manufacturer OnCorp The link that you can cut and paste is below... They hide behind voice mails. You will not get a live person once it has been determined that you qualify for the warranty. Within 6 months of purchase, I began getting color bars all over the screen. The tech certified it was a defective panel. I can't even get them to send me an empty box to return the tv and a return shipping label. At this point I'm afraid to give them the tv and I may never see the replacement.
After begging and pleading with the RCA Telephone Support Number to give me other numbers to try to reach them, I was given 3 other extensions to voice mails and left more messages. I'm complaining all over. If it doesnt get resolved soon I will start a case with Duval County Small Claims Court.
