I contacted Direct tv this morning about my bill being a 100.00 more then the month before and was told that it was from a ufc fight and some adult movies that were rented, When I told them that we (meaning my wife and I never ordered them they said someone did. Well a month earlier I had the same problem come to find out that it was my 7 yr old so I talked to the reprisenitive the first time and they took care of it and at that time I questioned what to do to prevent this from happening and he told me they could put a block on the account so that you had to either call in to order or order on the computor. Well that never happened I found out when they took the 142.00 out of my account instead of the normal 40.00... I have talked and talked to service agents and supervisor but they say they can't help me. They are telling me that they can not block the channels that I have to go in and block each individual ppv channel in their line up had I known that last month I would have done that
