Charged my phone bill for services i did not even orde

This is the second month i have had charges to my phone bill (Verizon)... On the bill it says Other providers, last month it was from some voice mail services this month PC protect Inc... It says if you have any problem with this portion of your bill please call 1 800 736 7500... So i did and the guy wanted to argue with me saying i ordered this service wich is BULL... He continued by telling me that if i didnt pay the bill that i would have to pay late fees and court fees... I ended up hanging up on him after i told him i wasnt gonna pay them NOTHING! Then i called Verizon... The man told me that they have this problem with PC PROTECT INC all the time and that he can put a third party block on my bill, but then PC PROTECT INC will send me a bill direct... So i called back PC PROTECT INC and the same guy (John) answered the phone i hung up on him... Tried again to call to get another person and the same (John) answered... So on the third try i said I want a Manager to talk to... So this other guy came on the line and i told him i put a block on my line for third party providers, and he was just as rude as (John) Telling me that if i put a block then they would not credit me! To unblock the line and i will get credit... I told him no so then he told me I ordered this that i have to pay it... So i dont want to put up on here what i screamed back at him... What do people do about this? Specially if you have good credit? People like this scam artists hope that people just pay the bill and not look at charges on thier bills...
