I attempted to purchase an Advanced Systems contract for 1 year (owned by DRI*NEUROSOFTCORP) A man by the name of Pratik Sharma from New Dehli India came onto my computer remotely and appeared to repair all of my problems. He left the window for remote access on my computer and during a routine update from Mcafee which is part of my AOL package my computer froze just after the boot process and I was unable to get back on the internet. Mr Sharma spent 11 hours on the telephone trying unsucessfully to get me online. Ultimately I sent my computer out for repair hence the $60.00 repair charge. I made three attempts to contact the company that charged my card DRI*NEUROSOFTCORP to no avail. They refuse to acknowledge my claim.
