My Document Review Request

We recently moved from Oregon to Washington so we had to get Washington I. D's and so we went to apply we had to go throu a process. Well I just think it not right that we have to wait for two weeks for a letter to sign and return by fax, so that we have to wait for two more weeks for the Deparment of Licensing to call us for just an apointment for address review, On top of that, if we miss two calls we have to start the process all over again, but they never tell you, the time, or day the would call us, They also call Restricted We have a life we can't just wait anytime by supprised just to get an appointment and then we get an appointment date and time and lots of people are waitting for the same appointment hour and it only takes the person to review address 2 minutes to check if your realy living here in Washington what a hassel to go thru all that for just a simple thing. Making a simple appointment shouldn't be that hard calling someone shoudn't be that hard and leaving a voice message telling us the time and date, shouldn't be so hard because if they can leave a voice message saying they called and they missed us and that they will call again and if we miss the call again then we have to start the procces all over again. Then they do have the time to leave an voice message with an appointment date and time and stop playing with our family's life's. Please stop making it difficult for the families that have jobs to attend to.
