Credit card frude

HelpMe Download.com has billed my master card more than one time for $53.75. I do not know anything about this and the Chase Bank mastercard is not a lot of help. We are elderly and on a set income, I have had to pay for severly things I did not order. But now I need help getting the money back into my account.

I have filled a complaint for sfe-cart.com several charges, none of them are ours. Thanks to a friend I now have hope of getting our money back.
